
Our Norwegian salmon is carefully prepared under strict hygienic conditions, being smoked over natural Beechwood according to the old traditional recipe which gives it’s unique tender flavour. Smoked salmon contains important vitamins, minerals, valuable proteins and all the essential amino-acids. It also has the important “Omega 3” fatty acids which are beneficial for cholesterol control. Having no carbohydrates, each slice of smoked salmon contains approx. only 33 calories. Only the natural ingredients of genuine Norwegian salmon, smoke and salt are used during the manufacturing process, with no artificial preservatives or colouring agents being added.

Recommended shelf life is two years from packing date when stored at -18C. Before consuming, keep in refrigerator at +2C to + 5C. Open pack about 30 minutes before use (for 100g packets) and then best served at room temperature. |
